Purpose of the Role

Preparation of quotes, cost analysis and working for products / projects, preparation of MIS data & reports for management, and assist on cost audit.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing / controlling bought out material cost vendor wise / price to customers
• Calculation of Cost / Price of the manufacturing parts / products based on standard BOM /Routing
• Monitoring bill of material cost with actual work order cost
• New product / projects development cost preparation
• Cost data analysis and cost reduction analysis for products / project’s
• Loss analysis (Checking COGS and providing data to concerned for loss making parts/products for their further development / improvements)
• Preparation of reports on – Item wise, Customer wise , Division wise Profit /Loss, MC utilisation, Stock details – Ware house & WIP,  Summary of Expenses,  Free of Cost, Rejection detail
• Collection of data to revisit all hourly rates for machine resources and labour resources and overheads
• Cost Audit reports preparation
