Purpose of the Role

Process development for New Products and existing products and establishing it

Responsibilities

• In House process mapping as per demand
• Take lead position in identification and elimination of wastes in our process
• Method study and Time study of existing running products in machine shop and sheet metal
• TOOL design , jig and Fixtures , plant layouts & Facilities, Capex – Continual improvements program
• Productivity improvement projects for SMD, Machine Shop & Assembly
• OEE Improvement projects through elimination of NVA’s & SMED implementation
• Industrial Engineering activity for inhouse operations
