Purpose of the Role
Process development for New Products and existing products and establishing it
Responsibilities
- In House process mapping as per demand
- Take lead position in identification and elimination of wastes in our process
- Method study and Time study of existing running products in machine shop and sheet metal
- TOOL design , jig and Fixtures , plant layouts & Facilities, Capex – Continual improvements program
- Productivity improvement projects for SMD, Machine Shop & Assembly
- OEE Improvement projects through elimination of NVA’s & SMED implementation
- Industrial Engineering activity for inhouse operations
